You can pay for goods using
any of these popular payment debit and credit cards.
Our online shopping
system is totally secure (see below), but if you would prefer to
place your order over the telephone, please contact us during the
opening hours as stated on our home page. Please telephone 01723
859545 and have your card ready - we accept most major credit
cards. If you prefer you can click here to fill in a form to print
out and post your order details to us.

This site uses the industry
standard encryption system "SSL" to ensure the security of sensitive
data transmitted across the internet.
Delivery
We do our best to despatch
your order within 24 hours of receipt (except for weekends and Bank
Holidays). It is inevitable that there will sometimes be items out
of stock, in such circumstances we will notify you of a delay in
despatch.
Receipt of Goods
If you have not received your
order or notification of delay within 14 days of placing your order,
please contact us for information. We shall ensure that all goods
are examined and checked for quality prior to despatch. We shall
also ensure that goods are suitably packaged for transit.
When you receive your order
you must ensure that it is checked for damage prior to signing for
delivery. If goods are damaged please sign "damaged". If you are
unable to check the goods immediately on receipt you must sign the
delivery note as "unchecked".
If there is an error with your
order or goods are damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt
. We reserve the right not to refund the postage cost if these procedures
are not followed.
Returns
If you wish to return a product
please contact us first. Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition
with the original packaging so the item can be resold,you must return
goods within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the goods
only ( not postage and packaging ). Please send a copy of your invoice
and a covering letter with the goods to the address shown on the homepage.

for the goods being suitable for the purpose for which they are required. Always
