Eze-lap Diamond File

A professional diamond sharpener that is quick and easy to use, it can obtain a razor sharp edge in seconds. The millions of diamond cutting surfaces are permanentley bonded in a stainless steel alloy. Eze-lap's unique patented process produces a 70R surface that is significantly harder wearing than any other comparable product. Eze-lap only use Du-pont, industrial quality, mono-crystalline diamonds.
A quick and easy way to sharpen both cutley and tools. Overall size 6" x 3/4", with 2" x 3/4" Diamond portion.

Grinding Wheels

The Ruby wheel is a specific grade of Aluminiun Oxide. Suitable for both carbon and high speed turning and hand tools. The 80 grit is suitable for sharpening and putting an edge on the tool.

Abrasive Sharpening Belts

Aluminium Oxide 60, 120, and 240 grit for sharpening bench chisels, carving tools and plane irons.
Zirconium 30 and 120 grit is designed for HSS tools, drills and router bits.
Ceramic 60 and 120 grit is especially hardwearing and long lasting for heavy material removal.

5" Self Adhesive Aluminium Oxide Discs

These discs are used in the Grinding & Honing Kit but can be quickly attached to a 5" faceplate to make a very efficient disc sander.
